In standby mode, the quiescent current is less than 5uA.
Accurate +/-1% internal oscillation with low voltage reset (LVR=1.8V) watchdog timing and I/O reset functions.
PWM pure audio output can directly drive 8Ω 0.5W horn and buzzer.
Built-in watchdog.
Have serial port control mode: one-line serial port and two-line serial port (up to 224 segments of voice can be loaded).
Support the BUSY state output function.
