Return and Refund Policy

At Waytronic, we stand behind the quality of our products. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds for our electronic components.

Inspection Upon Delivery

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and verify the product model, quantity, and condition. You must report any issues within 7 days of delivery by contacting info@wtsoundic.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Defective Products

Our products are covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If you receive a defective product:

Contact us with details of the defect, including any test data or failure analysis. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if the claim is approved.

Return the product using the RMA number we provide. We will cover return shipping costs for confirmed defects.

Resolution: Once we inspect the returned product, we will either replace it free of charge or issue a credit/refund.

Incorrect Shipments

If we ship the wrong product or incorrect quantity, please notify us within 7 days. We will arrange return pickup at our expense and ship the correct items at no additional charge.

Customer Order Errors

Electronic components are typically non-returnable if you order the wrong product. We recommend carefully reviewing specifications before ordering. In special circumstances, we may accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days, subject to a 20-30% restocking fee and return shipping at your expense.

Return Process

To request a return:

1. Email info@wtsoundic.com with your order number, product details, and reason for return
2. Await our review and RMA approval (typically 2-3 business days)
3. Ship products back with the RMA number clearly marked, using appropriate anti-static packaging
4. We will inspect returned items within 10 business days and process approved refunds within 10 business days thereafter

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order products
• Products modified to your specifications
• Opened moisture-sensitive device packages
• Products purchased more than 30 days ago

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, at your preference. Refunds do not include return shipping costs (unless our error), customs duties, or bank fees.
