Supports up to 128Mbit external Flash.
Control method: single-wire serial interface (customizable UART or key control).
Supports high-quality recording, recording sampling rate up to 8KHz.
Operating voltage: 2.4–5.2V.
Sleep current less than 5µA.
Supports PWM output (8Ω 0.5W direct-drive speaker) and DAC output.
High-power IO driving capability, can directly drive up to 64mA.
