The WT4101A-C01 detects 0.5–2 m (frontal), the WT4101A-C04L detects 1–8 m, and the WT4101A-C04 detects 1–13 m (3–5 m when mounted at 3 m height). Ranges are tested indoors with a 170 cm tester (65–75 kg) walking at 1 m/s; actual distance varies with installation scenario.
WT4101A-C01 operates at 2.8–3.5 V. WT4101A-C04L and WT4101A-C04 operate at 4–12 V. Use a low-ripple supply (ripple within 50–100 mV) to avoid false alarms.

Yes, it can penetrate acrylic, glass and thin non-metallic materials. However, avoid mounting metal, glass or ceramic directly in front of the antenna, as this affects the sensing effect.
Keep the antenna away from metal, high-current circuits and the drive power supply (rectifier bridge, transformer, switching tube); use a low-ripple power supply; keep more than 1 m from routers and high-power wireless equipment; and install multiple radar sensors more than 2 m apart.
Choose by detection distance: C01 for up to 2 m short-range applications, C04L for low-power mid-range (up to 8 m) applications, and C04 for long-range detection up to 13 m.
